Hij wordt door de samenzweerders tot zondebok gemaakt en wordt gedwongen als boodschapper te werken tussen de samenzweerders en de bevolking van het land.
Willem besluit vervolgens de staatsomroep te vermoorden, met de hulp van een mede-samenzweerder, die ook een nationale held is. De twee mannen verlaten de staatsomroep om de opname te vinden. Ze slagen erin om de opname te vinden, maar wanneer ze deze openen, realiseren ze zich dat de opname het resultaat is van een valse vlag operatie door de samenzweerders. Ze vangen de samenzweerders en doden ze.
