Wij krijgen de vraag: hoeveel tijd verstrijkt tussen de bijeenkomst van de Raad en de publicatie van de dagvaarding? Wij krijgen de vraag: waarom krijgt de Raad zijn bezorgdheid niet onder ogen en hoeveel tijd verstrijkt tussen de bijeenkomst van de Raad en de publicatie van de dagvaarding?
